Apam Balik

Nak kongsi respi apam balik yg senang dan lembut.
Selama ni asyik beli je...,apa kata kita pakat buat sendiri,
Jimat dan sedap,lg pun boleh taruk jagung bnyak2 x kena cas lebih pun...,hihi.

2 Cwn tpg gandum.
1 1/2 Cwn air.
1/3 Cwn gula.
2 bj telur.
1 sudu teh baking powder.
1 sudu teh yis mauripan.
2 sudu besar minyak masak.
Secubit garam.
Sedikit pewarna kuning telur.

Bahan tabur.
Kacang tanah yg telah di kisar ( ikut suka).
Gula ( ikut suka)
1 tin Jagung ala cream.
Mentega (ikut suka)

Caranya.
Saya guna blend je, senang dn cepat.
Blend telur dan gula hingga kembang
Masukan baking powder,yis ,minyak dan garam, blend lg,Masukan air,blend lg,
Masukan tpg,blend lg.
Masukan pewarna blend lg.
Dah siap....,perap 1 hingga 2 jam.
Guna kuali non stikc, x perlu taruk minyak.

Saya buat yg kecik2, taruk inti bnyk2 pun dia x kuar,
senang sket nak makan.
Kalau buat besar,bila potong isinya meleleh2, keluar.
